How To Stop Hair Loss

Hair loss is something which happens to a lot of people as they get older. Most people will experience thinning hair and hair loss as they age, but some people experience it worse than others. While it may not be possible to completely curb hair loss, there are certainly a lot of ways to minimize the thinning of your hair as you age.

Tip 1: Drinking at least 10-14 8 oz glasses of water daily is one way of preventing hair loss. Water helps wash off toxins from our body, these toxins could be a major reason for hair loss. Drink distilled water or filtered water that does not contain chlorine or other chemicals.

Tip 2: Stop drinking coffee, as we all know coffee contains caffeine. I know it is hard to stop drinking coffee especially in the morning, but while coffee contains caffeine then it is not good if you really want to stop hair loss. Caffeine is a diuretic, meaning it helps you urinate more liquids than you take in causing dehydration. Dehydration of your body and your hair roots is another key reason for your hair loss. Instead of coffee, you may replace it with fruit juices, milk or any non-caffeinated drink for you to have to have shiny and healthy hair.

Tip 3: Sleep is the key- get 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Proper amount of sleep during the night helps you attain a healthy body and healthy hair as well. Sleep is the time for your body to regenerate and recover from the day's work. Removing the toxins you inhaled, eaten and drunk. A peaceful and sound sleep helps you in getting sound and healthy body and controls hair from falling.

Tip 4: Last but not the least Aloe-vera. I already tried it myself, aloe -vera can help you increase your hair growth. Just a single leaf of aloe-vera plant, just squeeze it and then applied it in your hair after you take a bath. Do this for at least a month until your hair is back to normal. Remember, avoid using too much conditioner as it is also one of the major cause of hair fall or hair loss.
